13<\/p><\/div><\/a><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">Zur nachhaltigen Verbesserung des Zugriffs auf publizierte Informationen befindet sich das wissenschaftliche Publikationssystem in einem Transformationsprozess von Subskriptionsmodellen zu publikationsgeb\u00fchren- oder einrichtungsfinanzierten Modellen mit dem Ziel <strong>Open Access f\u00fcr alle<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">Um aktuelle und zuk\u00fcnftige extreme Preissteigerungen zu erkennen und fr\u00fchzeitig Ma\u00dfnahmen zur Gegensteuerung zu erm\u00f6glichen, ist eine<strong> Kostentransparenz <\/strong>zwischen den wissenschaftlichen Einrichtungen notwendig.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:16px\">Die Expertengruppe \u201cTotal Cost of Publishing\u201d hat sich aus verschiedenen Initiativen gegr\u00fcndet, um diese Transparenz zu erreichen. Dabei ist die Erfassung aller Kostendaten und verschiedener Kostenarten, der standardisierte Austausch sowie denkbare statistische Auswertungen Thema der Diskussion. Ziel ist es, ein <strong>standardisiertes Verfahren<\/strong> zum Austausch aller Publikationsgeb\u00fchren sowie f\u00fcr Zahlungen mittels Verlagsvereinbarungen deutschlandweit vorzuschlagen.
