M\u00e4rz 2026<\/strong> veranstaltet das openCost-Projektteam die internationale Konferenz \u201eopenCost: Navigating Cost Transparency\u201c am Deutschen Elektronen-Synchrotron DESY in Hamburg, zu der alle Interessierten herzlich eingeladen sind.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Im Fokus der Konferenz stehen Einblicke in die <a href=\"https:\/\/www.opencost.de\/projekt\/#zweite-projektphase\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">zweite openCost-Projektphase<\/a> und der gemeinsame Austausch \u00fcber Wege zu mehr Kostentransparenz im wissenschaftlichen Publikationswesen.<br>Dabei sollen erste Ergebnisse zur Entwicklung eines einrichtungsinternen Metadatenschemas zur Kostenerfassung sowie die Erweiterung des Austauschformats um weitere Publikationstypen (z. B. B\u00fccher und Buchkapitel) und neue Kostenarten, etwa im Bereich Diamond Open Access, vorgestellt und diskutiert werden. Zudem werden Anwendungsszenarien in der <a href=\"https:\/\/ezb.uni-regensburg.de\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Elektronischen Zeitschriftenbibliothek (EZB)<\/a> und Repositorien pr\u00e4sentiert. Weiter stehen Fragen der technischen Umsetzung, Datenintegration und Prozessgestaltung stehen im Mittelpunkt \u2013 mit besonderem Fokus auf der Weiterentwicklung des openCost-Standards, institutionelle Anwendungsf\u00e4lle und der Vernetzung von Open Science-Infrastrukturen zur F\u00f6rderung von Kostentransparenz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ziel ist es, gemeinsam Impulse f\u00fcr die zweite Projektphase zu setzen, praxisnahe Perspektiven aus der Community zu b\u00fcndeln und Raum f\u00fcr Vernetzung und Austausch zu schaffen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"font-size:20px\">Call for Posters<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Im Rahmen der Konferenz ist eine interaktive Postersession mit Kurzvorstellungen geplant, in der Projekte, Initiativen und institutionelle Use Cases sichtbar gemacht werden sollen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wir freuen uns besonders \u00fcber Posterbeitr\u00e4ge zu folgenden Themen:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Kostentransparenz im wissenschaftlichen Publikationswesen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nachhaltige Finanzierung und Budgetierung von Open-Access-Infrastrukturen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Transparenz im Diamond Open Access<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Interne Prozesse zur Bearbeitung von Transformationsvertr\u00e4gen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vielfalt von Publikationsobjekten und deren Kostenerfassung<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Technische und organisatorische Workflows im Umgang mit Publikationskosten<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Open-Access-Projekte mit Bezug zu Kosten- und Budgetfragen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Publikationskosten als FAIRE Forschungsdaten<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wir freuen uns \u00fcber Einreichungen <strong>bis 30.11.2025<\/strong> \u00fcber unser <a href=\"https:\/\/indico.desy.de\/event\/50077\/abstracts\/\">Konferenz-Tool Indico<\/a>. Die Einreichung erfolgt in Form eines Abstracts mit einem Umfang von maximal 300 W\u00f6rtern.
